Scenario Requirements:

In daily classroom teaching scenarios, teachers mainly teach by explaining on the blackboard (electronic blackboard/whiteboard), and students answer the teacher's questions orally. Occasionally, as a means of summarizing content, the teacher may conduct a quiz 10 minutes before the end of the class.  Recent trends in teaching reveal that this type of "top down" approach lacks the tools to conduct real-time statistics and evaluation on the students' mastery level of the learning content of this class and can be an impediment to what is considered more effective "personalized teaching".

Solution Design:

In the smart classroom solution, with the paper edition handwriting hardware product tablet computer integrated through the teaching APP, students have access to a better learning experience.  When handwritten answers are required, students use the signature pad to write on ordinary paper using an electromagnetic pen equipped with an ink pen core. The digital handwriting is transmitted to the teaching software system in real time and can be shared on the classroom computer or large-screen all-in-one machine for teachers to view and review. It can even be automatically corrected and statistically analyzed through the handwriting recognition engine.

Smart classrooms can also use signature pad (paper edition) as students' learning terminals. HANVON UGEE signature pads have wireless Bluetooth or WIFI networking functions. Multiple terminals can be connected to the Internet at the same time to upload writing handwriting in real time. The signature pad is also equipped with an answer key. Combined with smart teaching software, questions can be answered in class, and real-time evaluation and statistical analysis can be achieved.
