Electronic Document Flow-approval
Scenario Requirements:
Electronic document circulation is an important part of the Office Automation (OA) system and one of the most frequently used functions. Document circulation involves reading, reviewing and issuing at each level. The traditional way of printing paper documents and handwriting and signing them makes work inefficient and prone to risks such as loss, missed signatures, and leaks. In many critical business and government sectors, the security and timeliness of document circulation rely on OA systems to realize the digitization of the document circulation process.
Solution Design:
Whether it is client server (C/S) architecture or browser server (B/S) architecture, the OA system software can be redeveloped through HANVON UGEE Handwriting SDK to quickly integrate the official document handwriten signature function. By accessing the electronic signature pad, the system can deliver the electronic official document to the signature pad for user review. To initiate, click the system software [Annotation] to handwrite annotations anywhere in the document; then click the [Sign] button to handwrite your signature in the pop-up handwriting window. After signing, click the [OK] button and the handwriting will be embedded in the signature column in the form of a picture. The signed electronic document can be saved to the server or advanced to the next work node as needed.
Solution Advantages:
The OA system integrates the HANVON UGEE digital pen handwritten signature function, which eliminates the necessity of printing documents for signing and scanning before being returned to the document workflow for storage and distribution. The digital circulation of official documents greatly improves the convenience and security of workflows, as well as ensuring the maximization of work efficiency and quality.
