Paperless Conference

Scenario Requirements:

Due to the increasing popularity of large-screen all-in-one machines and video conferencing equipment in conference rooms, now we can easily realize cross-space video conferencing scenarios in conference rooms. However, the content of the meeting discussion often needs to be presented to the participants in the form of paper documents. When all participants are required to make personal annotations on the relevant content, they usually write the content on the paper document and then scan the electronic file or record it with a camera to share it on the large screen for everyone to discuss. This method is not convenient for all participants, including those at the remote end, to quickly communicate and participate.

Solution Design:

For better interaction using conference room systems equipped with a large-screen all-in-one machine and distributed computers, a smart paper-pen pen tablet with wireless Bluetooth or Wifi connection is recommended. The wireless passive electromagnetic pen has a built-in ink pen refill and is designed to work with A4 size paper. With traditional paper placed on the pen tablet for traditional writing, the digital reflection of the handwriting can be uploaded to the server or cloud platform system through AP (wireless network hotspot). Through the software function of the paperless conference system, the handwriting is displayed synchronously on the conference room seat display and the large screen, and the writing and drawing content can be shared in real time without leaving one´s seat.

Solution Advantages:

The paperless conference system has transformed from the traditional paper-based information recording carrier to a digital and mobile multimedia form with tablet computers, smart phones, and large-screen all-in-one machines as carriers. It virtualizes each link in the traditional conference process, digitizes the main information and the carrier medium, and integrates a variety of information technologies into each link of the conference and throughout the entire process of the conference. Conference users can complete more tasks in a shorter time than before and share information more collaboratively.  

The paperless conference system integrates a wireless intelligent paper pen pen tablet, which can realize wireless transmission of handwriting data. The pen tablet does not need to be connected to a computer, thus no connection line to tie it up. Combined with conventional conference system hardware and software such as large-screen all-in-one machines and seat all-in-one machines, the handwriting is transmitted and shared in real time to various display terminals, breaking through the general video conferencing method, which is more convenient and intuitive, improving the efficiency of conference communication, and enhancing the communication experience.
