Handwritten Signing of Electronic Documents

Scenario Requirements:

 In the digital office system, official documents are edited, stored and transmitted in the form of electronic documents, and sometimes the content of a document (text, design drawings, etc.) needs to be revised, annotated and proofread by many people together, while the pen writing annotations is the most intuitive and clear way.

Programme Design:

The computer installs  Ugee Signature™ tablet or screen, using WPS's brush tool, Office's ink writing tool, OFD editing software's annotation and signature stamp tool to make handwritten annotations on documents and insert handwritten signatures.

HANVON UGEE also developed MS Office signature plug-ins, users can use the pen tablet or screen after installing the plug-ins to insert handwritten signatures in Word, Excel documents. 

There is also HANVON UGEE PDF signature software, users can use specific models of HANVON UGEE pen tablet or display in the PDF file to insert a handwritten signature.  Please note: This software is only available for specific signature products, please contact us for more details.

Solution Advantages:

One can use digital handwriting input devices such as electronic signature tablets and signature pads to make handwritten annotations on electronic documents. Digital handwriting can be inserted at any position in streaming files such as WPS and WORD, which can intuitively let others know the position and content of the document that needs to be edited and modified, thus greatly reducing time and effort. Additonally, handwritten signatures can be introduced in layout files such as OFD and PDF to achieve handwritten signing of electronic documents, allowing for rapid remote signing and transmission. The signature in the layout file is tamper-proof, producing a secure document.
